Meet The Team Omagh

Clare is a Fellowship Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants with over 20 years’ experience in practice. She has been with our firm for 10 years. Clare manages our accounts preparation, audit, tax and IT training departments. She enjoys spending time with family and friends in her spare time.

Barry joined Claremount in July 2007 after graduating from Queens University Belfast with a degree in Law and Accountancy. He completed his Chartered Accountant exams in September 2009 and was admitted as a member of Chartered Accountants Ireland in October 2010. Barry was appointed Tax Manager for the Omagh office in 2018 and is involved in all aspects of tax compliance.   In his spare time Barry enjoys spending time with his friends and family, walking his dog, watching TV/films and listening to music.

Finnola began working in Claremount in April 2016 as a trainee Accounting Technician and went on to complete her Chartered Accountant exams in August 2020. In her spare time Finnola enjoys spending time with her family, socialising with friends and playing football.

Alison joined Claremount in December 2019 after having spent 15 years in practice in Fermanagh where she successfully completed her training as a Chartered Certified Accountant and became a member of ACCA in 2017. Alison is involved with a wide range of clients in the company and deals with accounts preparation and taxation for limited companies, partnerships and sole traders and some audit work.

Clare has been employed with Claremount Omagh since August 2020. She became a Chartered Accountant in April 2019 and has over 5 years’ experience working within a practice environment. In her spare time she likes to keep fit and enjoys socialising with family and friends.

Peter is a Chartered Accountant from Omagh who is currently completing his second year studies through Chartered Accountants Ireland in Belfast on the weekends. He Joined Claremount Chartered Accountants in 2015 and In his spare time he enjoys playing Golf and is a keen follower of Rugby both local and on the Larger Platform.

Kyra is a Chartered Accountant, she recently sat her first-year examinations. Prior to this she completed the Accountant Technicians course and achieved 1^st in Ireland in her first year and 2^nd place in her second year examinations. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with friends and keeping active.

Maria graduated with a degree in Business and has held posts in a variety of sectors through the years. Maria joined Claremount in 2019 and is employed as the VAT manager with her main responsibility completing/reviewing VAT returns on a monthly basis.

Emma recently joined Claremount Chartered Accountants and has over 5 years’ experience working in practice. She completed the Accounting Technicians Ireland examinations in 2014 and is currently working towards completing her ACCA qualification. Emma is responsible for PAYE and CIS within the business. In her spare time Emma enjoys socialising with friends and family, and going to see live music.

Shirley joined Claremount Chartered Accountants as Receptionist in December 2019. Shirley is  responsible for answering telephone calls and dealing with enquiries via phone/email and in person at reception. Shirley is involved in the preparation of clients documents for outgoing mail and general reception duties.
